1. Purpose

2. Eligibility for Full Refund
The tenant is entitled to a full refund of the security deposit if:
- The property is returned in the same condition as at the start of the tenancy (excluding fair wear and tear).

- No outstanding repairs or cleaning are required beyond reasonable use.

With Third Parties:
- A final inspection will be conducted within 14 days of the tenancy end date.
- The tenant may request to be present during the inspection.
- Any discrepancies will be documented with evidence (photos, invoices, etc.).
5. Refund Process & Timeline
- The deposit (or balance after deductions) will be refunded within 30 days of the tenancy end, provided all conditions are met.
- If deductions are made, an itemized statement will be provided.

6. Disputes
